Our Apartment 1 is 45 m² big and offers a generous balcony on the sun-side of our Apartmenthouse. The biggest Apartment is suitable for 4 to 5 persons. The country house style creats a comfortable athmosphere. The bedroom offers 3 beds, a single- and a double bed. Two more persons can sleep on an convenient sofa bed. The Apartment has an own kitchen with elecrtic stove and refridgerator and a bathroom with shower and toilet. If you wish we offer you hand- and dishtowels.

Prices are for all specified persons together. Included are bedclothes, dishclothes, towels and WIFI. One entry per day for the Wasserwelt Amadé is also included. Cleaning at the end: 55 € per Apartment. We calculate an additional fee for short stays.
Additional costs: 2.30 € local tax and 0.50 € mobility tax per day for every person older than 15.
Arrival:On the day of your arrival our Apartments are finished to move in until 14:00.
If you will arrive after 18:00 please contact us as soon as possible.
Departure:On the day of your departure we request you to leave the Apartment until 9:30.
Important notice:We don't accept credit or EC Cards.
If you have to cancel within 3 months before your holidays you won't get your deposit back. For the rest we stick to the Austrian terms of hotel business. If you arrive to late or depart to early you have to pay the price for the price for the booked period anyway. We recommend to contract a travel insurance!
